Trendsport Rummenigge: SOCCER MINI FIELD

Based on the idea of the GERMAN FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION (abbr.: DFB) to support the german football-enthusiastic juveniles with financial resources gained from the WORLD CUP 2006 in the way to build 1000 MINI SOCCER FIELDS, TRENDSPORT RUMMENIGGE developed a multifunctional SOCCER FIELD deliverable in variable sizes.

This advancement of the original concept of the DFB concerns the possibility to deliver every desired playing field size and by that to create the perfect concept for the optimal utilization of an available area.

Beyond that the use of the SOCCER FIELD by TRENDSPORT RUMMENIGGE is not only limited to soccer. It’s also possible due to construction-conditioned modifications to perform several other sports like soccer tennis, volleyball, basketball, badminton.

The SOCCER FIELD by TRENDSPORT RUMMENIGGE can also be installed on different surfaces, for example in terms of a Streetsoccer Court (with or without artificial turf) directly installable on a paved surface or as a “normal” playing field under the terms of DIN (18035-7)

What is a SOCCER MINI FLED?

The SOCCER FIELD is the perfect solution for playing Soccer on a
smaller playing field in a clearly outlined space - through perimeter
board and nets – with the most enduring and highest
game quality possible. With the stationary SOCCER FIELD you have
a firmly installed smaller Soccer-Playing-Field, which can be
used by 6 up to 16 players at the same time – depending on size
of the perimeter. It is a perfect combination of sport and fun at
any place and any time!

TECHNICAL DETAILS

The SOCCER FIELD consists out of:
• Weatherproof and high-tensile elements (constructed in the same way as the miniature playing fields of the German Soccer Federation/”DFB”)
• The total height of the perimeter structure - approximately 3.28 ft
• 16.40 ft-compound elements, white on both sides (inside out) with high impact resistance, physiologically harmless, non-aging, non-corrosive, weatherproof, impact-resistant, sound-proof, with extremely high stiffness and stability and
highly effective for public advertising

• The entry areas to the fun (SOCCER FIELD), which are usually small doors - located in the soccer goals, therefore the SOCCER FIELD can be protected by adding door locks

• The premium aluminum-goals with an oval profile (original “WM”-Goal profile of the Soccer World Championship 2006), with a lower depth of 3.61 ft, an upper depth of 2.95 ft (set in concrete on site), with integrated net attachment,
aluminum special profile base frame (3.14 x 1.57 x 0.11 inches) and net stirrups (round pipes, 1.96 x 0.11 inches)
• A surrounding ball-trapping construction with a total height above ground of 9.84 ft (or the total height option of 13.12 ft), a knotless lateral surrounding guard net, loop size (3.90 inches), 0.15 inches thick polypropylene, front net 0.19 inches thick – structure is held by surrounding 0.23 inches
steel-ropes for upper and lower net fixation. The surrounding ball-trapping construction guarantees pure Soccer fun because the ball always stays in the game and is not constantly out of bounds. Optional, we can also build the SOCCER FIELD with a ceiling-net construction, which completely overarches
and braids the total playing field and therefore completely prevents the ball to go out of bounds.

FLEXIBLE SIZES FOR THE PLAYING FIELD

The SOCCER FIELD can basically be delivered and installed in all desired sizes. However, we recommend the following sizes, which have prevailed at various occasions:

SUBSOIL / BASE

Basically the Buyer is responsible for providing the subsoil for the SOCCER FIELD TRENDSPORT RUMMENIGGE will give a detailed description about what kind of subsoil to have to the buyer, so that the SOCCER FIELD can be assembled without problems.
Usually there are two installation options for the SOCCER FIELD:
• on an already paved surface (schoolyard, parking lot, asphalt or concrete or similar). Under this precondition you save complex earthworks and therefore additional costs
• on a surface, which will be at first excavated and then filled and compacted with gravel and sand. This method is DINcertified. We will be pleased to provide you with an appropriate offer for a base on request as well!

SPECIAL ARTIFICIAL TURF

Also optional is the delivery of a special artificial sports turf in highest quality. This special artificial turf can be delivered as mobile complete system or as stationary back-filled system (each including the respective elastic layer – mobile or firmly installed as well). Through our various special and high quality artificial sports turf systems, naturally the quality and advantage of the game increases significantly - not to forget the perfect image of the ‘green playing-field’.

INDIVIDUAL BRANDING

You have the option to have the SOCCER FIELD delivered directly to you with a complete individually designed branding (perimeter advertising), namely
to be made to customer’s specifications. For this - we gladly create appropriate previews in order to produce and assemble accordingly upon approval of these. The material of the perimeter and banner advertising consists out of a high gloss film, which is additionally laminated with a transparent, washable
clear laminate - resistant against stress due to shock or scratches - as a protective cover.

MONTAGE / ASSEMBLY

Through the prefabricated elements a fast installation can be accomplished within shortest time (usually only 1-2 days) – ideally on a prepared surface.
